Help support Green County parents and participate in building resilient children, families and communities.

WHO CAN BE A FACILITATOR

Any parent or caregiver living in Green County is welcome to apply. The class size is limited to 30 people.

EXPECTATIONS

Parent Cafe facilitators are required to participate in 2 consecutive in-person days of training and one-half day of virtual training and lead at least 3 Parent Cafes within 1 year of getting trained. Facilitators will need to remain connected to the parent cafe network in Green County to plan events, stay up-to-date on best practices and collaborate.

WHEN IS TRAINING

Training will be in person on February 21st and 22nd from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The training will take place at Union Presbyterian Church (2707 5th Street, Monroe, WI 53566). The date and time for the virtual training will be set at a later date.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

To apply to be a part of the Parent Cafe Certification Training, individuals will need to complete an application by January 24th.
